Are virtual events a big
part of your business plan?
It's time to get certified!

Certified Virtual Event Professional #NoMoreBadZoom

People have started to be less forgiving when it comes to bad Zoom, causing “Zoom fatigue.”

You need the confidence and skills to step up your game, so you get at least 5% better every time you host an event.

What passed as “ok” in March and April will become less tolerated now and unacceptable in September.

This is the time to get 5% better and learn how to keep getting 5% better – continuous improvement.

The 5% Advantage Program

a four-week certification program that helps presenters and meeting professionals grow in their confidence with Zoom, online facilitation, and virtual event design so they can reduce their tech angst and host more engaging online experiences.

Week 1
Two hours of interactive training that showcases best practices for creating engaging virtual events

Week 2
Video assignment due! Participants record themselves leading a workshop or other online event and submit it to me for review (this can be done in collaboration with other participants or your friends if you do not have a ready-made audience)

Week 3
Two hours of interactive training where we review clips from submissions to highlight what works and what could be improved

Week 4
Two hours of demonstrations and virtual event design training

– invitation to a private Facebook group to collaborate with current and past members

– access to a library of video tutorials to help you past any Zoom tech issues

– a slide deck of Zoom screenshots so you can teach Zoom tips to friends and colleagues (and know what participants see)

– quick responses to questions

– invitation to apprentice as the Zoom Producer of an event with 50+ attendees

By the end of this 4-week experiential program, you will feel confident designing and delivering an engaging and interactive one-hour Zoom presentation. You will also know how to continuously improve your craft and will be in a community of expert entrepreneurs all striving together.

Complete all four weeks and pass the final video project to receive a digital badge showing you are Certified Virtual Event Professional #NoMoreBadZoom. Here are the criteria for certification.

Date for next cohort:
TBD May/June from 8-10pm ET.

$2,500. Register two weeks in advance – and pay $2,000 (a $500 savings). Ask about custom packages for 6-12 participants from one organization.
